As many of you know, I have been trying to lose weight for over 21 years since I had my son the year I turned 37. I was thin all my life until I entered peri menopause and I started slowly gaining weight. Four years ago, I had a hysterectomy to ensure my fallopian tube cancer didn’t spread or wouldn’t come back. About a year and a half to two years later and I had piled on the pounds.
I tried everything but never lost an ounce. Then, in the beginning of 2020, I found something that not only worked for me, but lowered my blood pressure back to my normal and increased my energy so I didn’t need to take three naps a day!
So many of my friends were as amazed as I was and so I decided to become a health coach myself specializing in helping those with chronic illness who find it difficult to exercise and who have been on every diet known to mankind –like me!
